A Partner will lead the entire search process, from the initial needs analysis to the custom candidate research, through the interview and candidate evaluation process, compensation negotiation and post-hire on-boarding. Your search will have the attention and experience it deserves and the results you expect.

We seek a deeper understanding of the need, beyond the open requisition. We partner closely with our clients, as an extension of their organization, while we identify, engage and assess candidates to understand what makes them great and we determine if whether or not their individual greatness is the right fit for our client.
FEW “OFF LIMITS”
Rather than partnering with all of the players within a specific industry, we carefully select which companies to team with. This allows us to have few “off limit” restrictions, thus maximizing our reach and increasing our ability to engage with more people in order to bring the search to a successful conclusion.

Today’s market has many blurred lines and as such we follow where the talent takes us and we determine whether or not industry transferable skills and culturally transferable experiences exist to suit both candidate and client alike.
